BuildTech Solution’s was developed by a builder/developer of 2100+ homes after finding that a void existed in every builder dedicated
system that was available in 2003. After three years of research
and development we are excited to debut “The BuildTech Solution”
at the International Builder’s Association 2007 Expo. We offer the building community a Web-based system that cover’s literally
every aspect of the builders’ business. Addressing each and every stage from development to dedicated client retention, even after
completion of the warranty coverage. A few of the sections included in the BuildTech program are multiple site management, Real Time
production scheduling, complete vendor, sub-contractor and material management, multiple tiered levels of employee management, full
security and accountability on all data, full integration with Microsoft Accounting, Macintosh compatible the ability to print, email
or fax work orders/changes, on demand reports with cost, profit and sales analysis, and the ability to track and follow-up on all sales
